1. Introduction

TTHotel is a system that can be used for key management in hotels, apartments, and

schools. It includes Windows desktop software that allows administrators to issue cards,

passcodes, and ekeys.

TTHotel software also manages buildings, floors, rooms, guests and staff for door access

as well as various devices, such as smart lock, lift controller, card encoder, and Wi-fi

gateway.

A TThotel guest app can be used to unlock the lockset for users. TTHotel User Software Manual

2. Windows Desktop Software

2.1. Login/creating account

The first step is to login using your TThotel account with your username and password

in the TThotel software.TTHotel User Software Manual

If you do not have an account, you can create a new hotel account by clicking the

“Create a Hotel” button on the bottom of the page.

Then, you can input the required information such as your Hotel name, Country, etc.

If you don’t have a Lock Supplier code, you need to contact your supplier to get the

code. Every hotel needs a lock supplier.

Note: Only the administrator and staff accounts are allowed to login. One account is
